Overview:

Introduction:

The training program will discuss construction management principles, practices, techniques, and tools, to provide participants with an opportunity to learn key project management concepts. This training program provides to the Clients/Employers additionally “Planning of the Marine Works and Pre-Construction Stage” which includes FEED Design, Tendering, Contractor’s Design, and other main stages.
